Brickshire operates as a semi-private club in New Kent County offering both public tee times and memberships. Several holes are designed to echo signature holes from Augusta National, Pinehurst No 2, St Andrews, and Riviera, set across terrain with elevation changes, wetlands, and water hazards. The Richmond Times-Dispatch named it a runner-up for best golf course in the region.
