🏛 Designed by Pete Dye
The Pete Dye Canyon Course at Promontory Club opened in 2002, the first of the property's planned multi-course complex, designed by Pete Dye with Perry Dye and Cynthia Dye McGarey. Its front nine sits on open terrain overlooking Park City and Deer Valley, while the back nine climbs into narrower canyon terrain. A Jack Nicklaus-designed second course, Painted Valley, followed five years later.
