Nashville Golf & Athletic Club in Brentwood, Tennessee opened in 1972 as Crockett Springs National Golf and Country Club, a private club founded by a group of Middle Tennessee landowners with entertainers Glen Campbell and Chet Atkins among its early backers. Bruce Devlin and Robert von Hagge designed the course, which hosted the Music City USA Pro-Celebrity Golf Tournament that same year.
