Dinsmore Golf Course in Staatsburg, New York was created by Robert Huntington in the 1890s as a private nine-hole course and expanded to eighteen holes in 1962. The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation lists it as the third-oldest golf course in the country, and it sits inside Ogden Mills & Ruth Livingston Mills State Park with views of the Hudson River and the Catskill Mountains.
