The Forest Dunes Course at Forest Dunes Golf Resort in Roscommon County, Michigan was designed by Tom Weiskopf and opened in 2002 within the Huron National Forest. Its front nine runs through heavily wooded terrain while the back nine crosses sand dunes left by ancient glaciers, and it closes with a short 19th hole used for playoffs. The resort also includes The Loop, a reversible Tom Doak design, and The Bootlegger, a 10-hole par-3 course.
