Cuscowilla was designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, who said they were proud of how the routing used the Lake Oconee views, the pines and the property's varied terrain to bring in as many different golf strokes as possible. The course sits under towering Georgia pines with expansive lake views and native grass areas, and it has consistently ranked among Georgia's top residential courses since opening.
