Sara Bay Country Club was founded in 1926 and designed by Donald Ross, whose walkable routing remains largely intact just north of downtown Sarasota. The club is currently unveiling a renovated clubhouse. Member Nelly Korda was the 2024 LPGA Player of the Year and, per the club's own site, won the 2026 Chevron Championship and U.S. Women's Open while ranked top in the world.
