Great River Golf Club in Milford, Connecticut was designed by Tommy Fazio and opened in 2001 along a mile and a half of the Housatonic River, with tidal wetlands on the front nine and a links-style back nine set above the river. Sacred Heart University has owned the semi-private course since 2015, and it has hosted LPGA Epson Tour and USGA qualifying events.
