The North Course at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, San Diego was designed by William Francis Bell and opened in 1957 alongside the South Course, built on the former site of Camp Callan, a World War II Army installation. Tom Weiskopf renovated the North Course in 2019, and it plays the first two rounds of the PGA Tour's annual January tournament at Torrey Pines.
